Oncology Clinical Education Opportunities |
|
The Oncology Section is interested in developing a list of facilities in all settings (acute care, outpatient and rehabilitation) that would be willing to offer clinical affiliations for students who are interested in oncology. The Oncology Section will share this list with academic institutions upon request,. It will be the responsibility of the academic institution to contact the facility and to develop the clinical affiliation. Placing your facility’s name on the list of potential affiliation sites in no way obligates you to provide a clinical affiliation for a particular academic institution.
This is a great opportunity for the members of the Section to help spread the word about oncology rehabilitation and to educate future members of the Section. If you are interested in participating, please send the following information to oncology@apta.org: name of facility, contact person, address, phone number, email address, type of facility, and patient population(s).
Thank you in advance for your willingness to share your knowledge and experience. Questions? Contact Maggie Rinehart-Ayres at margaret.ayres@jefferson.edu.
